Dust removing spray

Recently built a new system and I want to keep it more dust free than the last one I had. I have heard of people using compressed air to clean their systems, and I have some of this laying around. Would it be safe or ok to use this to clean dust from my case fans, heatsinks, and motherboard?

I use something called gamer gear duster. It lasts awhile and its not too expensive. You can find it at Best Buy. Any compressed air duster will work as long as it doesn't leave a residue.
