Mem settings on KT7A

I was hoping someone can help me understand the memory speed settings on the KT7A Bios...

My memory is Mosel Vitelic 128 MB PC 133 7 ns @ CAS2 and I guess there´s a better setup than 8/10 ns SDRAM. Now all I need to now is what the "normal", "medium", "fast" & "turbo" actually means...

Go with turbo - It's much faster than the others in benches. Your ram may not support it though, just try it and test stability. Also set it to 4-way and 2 (again see if it works- you will get the best benches there)

Oh that makes so much sense. Would you want a car that is "normal", "medium", "fast" & "turbo" -charged?
