I've been running an ATI X1950 Pro 512MB on my AsRock conroe1333-d667 for a while now, but I would like to upgrade. However I am aware that there's usually some hidden problems when it comes to putting a new GPU in. I have a 500Watt PSU, and was wandering if a GPU such as a GeForce GTS 450, or something of the like would fit into my motherboard and not cause any problems.

Thankyou for your time :)

there are no hidden problems

just make sure you have a good enough PSU, and a decent CPU so you don't bottleneck, that's it.

What is your precise PSU ?

Yes a GTS 450 would fit in your board.

My processor is a core 2 duo E6750 at 2.66GHz, on the side of my PSU it says "Winpower ATX-750" seems it's actually 750 Watt, and I had no idea haha
