GTX 465 work with GTX 460?

I planned on buying a second GTX 460 this christmas to run in SLI, but the card that I have has been out of stock for about a month and half now, and I can't find it in stock anywhere. I have an msi GTX 460 hawk. If the time comes around to buy the second card, and my card isn't in stock, would a GTX 465 by Gigabyte for with my msi GTX 460?

TL;DR

Will a GTX 460 work with a GTX 465 in SLI?

Will there be any drawbacks if it DOES work?

If it WON'T work, would another GTX 460 from another brand work with the brand I have?

Thanks,
~Kirk

No, you can't SLI a 460 and a 465, they are totally different GPUs, yes you can SLI any brand of 460 with your hawk as long as you don't try and SLI a 1gb card with a 768mb card.
