Approximate Purchase Date: 1-30 Days.

Budget Range: Around 400$-500$ (It is more expensive here (Croatia)). If there is something really awesome and long-lasting I could add more.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Photoshop, Gaming, Watching movies, (Basic) 3D Modelling, Music.

Current Parts:
Graphic card:
Gigabyte GTX 460. No need for replacement.

Motherboard:
Intel DH55PJ LGA 1156 Intel H55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Replacement asap!

CPU:
Intel® Core i3-540 Processor (4M Cache, 3.06 GHz). Needs upgrade asap.
http://ark.intel.com/products/46473/Intel-Core-i3-540-Processor-(4M-Cache-3_06-GHz)

Case:
Unknown but small and bad with no cooling.

RAM: 2x4GB DDR3 1333

Power Supply:
Corsair CX600. Working fine, doesn't need replacement but makes pitching sound.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

My goal is to replace Motherboard, Processor and Case. The motherboard is so terrible I can only use 4GB of RAM so playing game and having Photoshop opened usually crashes one or the other. I like performance and my system to run smooth. So here are some things I consider taking, I don't know much about Motherboards so my pick might not be the smartest.

Motherboard: (Description looks attractive. Not sure how good/bad it really is or if it misses something)
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2V-B3 S1155, iH61, DDR3/1333, mATX, PCIe, VGA, S-ATA3/S-ATAII, G

Case:
Linkworld Chassis LC3191-06 (I don't care about the looks but 3 fans it has)
http://www.linkworld.com.tw/ugC_ShowroomItem_Detail.asp?hidShowKindID=2&hidShowTypeID=6&hidShowCatID=7&hidShowID=310

CPU:
Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I52500

Your advice on what to take? Does this work good enough?

Multitasking Gaming+Photoshop/Maya, I bought GPU recently since it was quite good and don't wan't to replace it. Just need to replace Motherboard, Case, Processor.

I thought about getting AMD's Six core but don't know the quality since I never had one, thats why I intend to buy Intel's i5.

Motherboard is broken. When I say broken I mean:
-If I shift RAM I will either get bluescreen or system won't be able to start.
-1 RAM slot is broken, doesn't register RAM inserted.
-The PC is laying on ground because if I turned it up it would shift RAM and system wouldn't start.
