Hey,
I want to have the fastest hard drive I can get my grubby
little hands on! But I want it to run Windows ME and all
my games though. I remember back in the day of 486,
Pentium and PentiumPro that you could only run Windows NT
on a SCSI drive. Is it still like that? Or has Microsoft
wisened up and put support for SCSI in Win98/ME?

You can run WinME off a SCSI drive. I had it running off a SCSI RAID for a while.

Basically, you should be able to run WinME on any drive that can be accessed via "int 0x13 extensions". The worst that will happen is the drive will operate in MS-DOS mode.
