What would be best for power supply install

the power supply i have has blue led's in it, the new case i got has the power supply installed at the bottom and has a vent on the bottom for a power supply intake.

i want the case to be lit by the power supply, but how bad is that when i could have the power supply facing down drawing in fresh air vise air from inside the case?

I would face the PSU down like it is intended to be and then put other glow stuff in to make up the difference.
