Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot devic

I have plug on a multi usb 3 items, Ipod, MP3 x 2 and then the computer jammed.
Since it says insert in boot media and proper device
What to do

Unplug all the devices and reboot.

If it still cannot find your Windows 7 boot drive, try using your Windows 7 System Repair Disk, or install disk, to recognize your boot disk as your boot disk location in the SRP (system reserved partition) is probably corrupted.
