Will it work? I'm asking if it will even function and if it will fit into the case. I'm welcome to suggestions.

More about will work 2000 build
  1. It should you have chosen a full tower case. And i don't see anything wrong with your build. From your post i would gather you have looked around here and saw the different builds and recommends (if not kudos on you on your choices as they are almost exactly whats recommended here lol). Looks like a nice system that will last a good while gaming.
  2. that' one hell of a rig mate!!!
everything is compatible and will fit in that case.it's really sexy case.you can fit a 7970 is $2k budget but i think 7970 is overkill and wastage for single 1080p.OC that card and cpu.you may get 1600 RAM but you will loose warranty of your cpu.i hope 1333 works well.this machine will max out any game at the moment! ;)
    all the best.
  3. Great build you got there. You've definitely done your homework to fit those into a $2000 budget. Good luck on the build
