Ask win 7 question

I have 10 pc's on Win xp pro, and 1 pc on Win 7 pro. Win 7 pro has a shared printer. All 10 pcs were able to print to it. 1 of the pcs all of a sudden now cant talk to the win 7 pc. I can ping the win 7 pc but cant access it. Also it is all part of a domain.

Are both machines able to ping each other? Are the domain trusts setup and valid?

Yes they can ping and domain trust are setup. Thanks but I di find the issue. It was several virus on pc one of which was a rogue virus, malware virus and several hundred adwares.
