Need some help of the wattage i need for a psu on a new build im doing (first build I have ever done) and any recomendations or thought's for my build and psu's to get would be great.

Build will be mainly used for gaming (COD, BF3, Total War series, etc)
Will also be looking at water cooling in the future, maybe only a 360mm rad setup though.

Will also have alot of led fans too in the future when i have 2 gpu's (not sure how that will effect psu choice) I am thinking maybe, 9x120mm (6 on the front intake for a push/pull rad and 3 side panel intakes), 1x140mm rear exhaust and 2x230mm top exhausts.

Case- Shinobi XL

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Was going to get a asus pz68 pro/gen 3 but have read alot of reviews with DOA's and other failures so changed to this.(alot of that with all MB manufactures too)Anyone reccomend a good one too?

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit - OEM

RAM- Haven't found any yet but most likely 8gb of ddr3 and maybe 16gb in the future. Any help here would be great (most likely a low profile ram)

HDD and SSD- Also haven't found any yet but will have a 500gb HDD and maybe a 64gb SSD in the future but will start of with the HDD only, so any help here would be good too.

GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready
This GPU and will get another in the future for Crossfire or maybe get a nvidia 6xxx series one when it comes and depending and price and performance and sli with another too. Or if anyone can reccomend any other good ones im open for that too.

PSU- ??? also weather to go modular not? about a $150 range or less would be good

I think thats about it

Thanks for everyones help
