New Build, What is keepable and what should i get? under 500,

Here's what I've got now, looking to upgrade to something for a little bit better gaming. Current system runs SWToR perfectly fine, as well as Tribes:Ascend decently; just looking to future-proof as much as possible on a budget and maximize graphics settings in Tribes/Rift.
Asus M3A78-EM
AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black Edition
4GB DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Apevia case and 500w power supply (keepable)
WD Caviar, DVD Rom, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard are all keepable.
Any suggestions?

I hate Apevia cases but if you want to reuse it go ahead. You might want to look at upgrading your PSU at some point, though - I've never trusted cases with built in PSUs.
