Budget gaming build

Building budget gaming build for somebody. CPU i5 2500, 8GB RAM. They are looking to play Diablo 3, BF3, and Starcraft II. They will be playing at 1920X1080. An HD 6850 falls into budget. Will this be good enough for close to high settings with good FPS? Or should I step it up to HD 6870 for $40 more? Thanks.

If you don't mind Overclocking the 6850, you can reach within a few percent of the 6870 with a good overclock.
