GTS250 vs. GT400

Hello,
I am new at this but I am trying to figure out what is the best card for mainly web stuff, watching videos; that kind of thing. I have a GT440 DirectX 11 DDR3 1 gb vs. an older GTS250 512 gb and I think DDR3 and DirectX 10. I would like an opinion and thanks to this great website.

The GTS250 is more powerful but only DX10 as you mention. 512MB or 1GB memory is not going to change that fact!

Are you saying you would go with the DX11; the GT440 if I am not doing heavy gaming?
