What would be a good HDMI graphic card for a HP Slim 3400f

I am not trying to play games with it just for the hdmi port to connect to my tv. I been looking around and all of the graphic cards are beyond my power watts, which I believe is only 220. I read around and there are some graphic cards that can work with my pc. If so how? Plus which would you guys recommend?

Thank you!

  1. This HD6450 would work with your PSU if you have the required PCIe x16 slot! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150567
  2. You could upgrade the psu and give youreslf more options to choose from.

Athena Power AP-MTFX30 300W TFX12V Power Supply for many HP Slimline System Upgrades/Replacement - OEM
    $21.99

    EVGA 512-P3-1311-KR GeForce 210 512MB 32-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
    $34.99

  3. ZOTAC ZT-50603-10L GeForce GT 520 (Fermi) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
    $54.99 and a $25 rebate makes it $29.99

This one has a nice rebate that makes it cheaper than the Evga card and will run on the 300w psu. So for about $50 you can upgrade both the psu and the video card.
  4. Neither GT210 or GT520 are better cards than HD6450! http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_6450_Passive/27.html
  5. Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I ended up getting this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102882&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-

was that a good choice?Since I read that it will work. If not, I will buy the one rolli59 suggested since I do not want to change my psu as I am just needing an HDMI port.
  6. That card should do fine.
  7. Sorry for the late reply. The card finally came home and it worked. Thanks again!
