XP to XP transfer

how do i go about transferring files from on pc to another? both run xp, one
has an ethernet port and a 1394 connection, the other does not. thanks.

Buy a NIC for the 'other'. Connect a crossover cable and set up a network.

Floppy disks?
CDs?
Stick wireless on both?

you can buy a $15 USB HUB and make a 2 comp network using USB , not
RJ45
