MSI 6870 Twin Frozr temps

Hmmm, got my twin frozr 2 6870, runs like a boss, max temps I feel are a bit high? maybe? I know it can get hotter without an issue but im picky about this stuff...

Ran furmark for 10 minutes @ 20fps (for some reason it said "openGL renderer" was my other card, but it detected my 6870 in GPU1 weird huh?

max temps I saw were 76c... I realize there is a 15-20c wiggle room there but still...

So, what custom fan profiles do you guys use? I'm using auto and the fan doesn't go above 60%... ever...

Idles at 35c, room temp is about 15-20c ... proc idles with stock cooling at 25-28c athlon ii x3 455 (incase anyone wondered)

So, err I realize it is a nice temp considering my other 6870 that I RMA'd was getting 85+ after 2 mins in Furmark

I'm wondering how much adding extra fans would help (I have like 5 bucks on a giftcard and...)

My case is a HaF 912, with 3 fans (2 stock fans) 2intake front 1 exhaust at the back (I might get a 212+ for christmas )

So, your fan speeds are....?

76°C running Furmark on 60% fan! That is great considering that max allowable temp is close to 100!

Is it really? I was comparing it to my 5670, which ran at 55c - 58c max ... but that was at 100% fan speed XD

grahh, I think I need better airflow in my case... my cpu temps went up 5c under load (they are at 65c D:... meh, I might be getting a hyper 212+ for xmas
