Swtor upgrade

Hello, I am playing SWTOR and my frame rate isn't as great as i want it. I am averaging 15-20 FPS in towns. Can anyone give me some suggestions?
I am running a dell dimension c521(slimline) with:
vista 32 bit
nvidia geforce 210
4GB ram
amd athlon dual core 64x 4600 @ 2.4 ghz
350 watt psu

It's the video card that is holding you back. Based on what is available at newegg, the following HD 6670 is your best option.
