I am planning on getting the follow spec:

MB:
Gigabyte GA-PH67-DS3-B3 H67 Socket 1155

CPU:
Intel Core i3 2100 3.10GHz Socket 1155

SSD:
Force Series 3 120GB SATA 3

RAM:
Corsair 16GB (4X4GB) DDR3 1333Mhz

GPU:
2x Zotac GT 430 ZONE Edition 1GB DDR3 Dual DVI

Fans:
2x 120mm + the fans on the stock heatsink of the CPU

External stuff:
4x monitors (1280x1024 each), 1x 1Tb HDD, keyboard, mouse, speakers

I have a 650w module PSU and wanted to know if that will be enough, or will I need more power?

It all very much depends on the brand and its certification.

What is your PSU?

Thanks again. Not sure why but I can't mark my question titles as solved. I get a "you're not allowed to edit this post" alert when I try...

You've set the post as a discussion not a question. That is why you cant select a best answer. PM a moderator and ask them to change it to a question for you, they will be able to. Then you can select a best answer.
