Is this good temps for my 3570k?

got all my parts for my new build earlier today and been tweaking it a bit managed to go 4.8 but thought id go 4.6 and tweak with the settings a bit then work up slowly so so far i got 4.6ghz at 1.2 volts and been doing some prime 9 and the hottest core hovered between 70 to 76c at the hottest are good temps and volts?

not sure about the temps and all but i've heard that your not suppose to run prime as a stresstest on ivybridge.

That's not an issue (as long as the temps are good) and 76C sounds just fine for 4.6 on a 3750K. It would be nice to be lower, but compared to other temps I've seen at just 4.5, 76C is great for 4.6.

well thats just stressing i tend to test mainly by playing a variety of games cos just give me more of an appropriate view on what will stress it the most and at 4.8 get like 60 upwards in games ive been testing. anyway im still tweaking it ive only been fiddling with it for 4 hours at the most and put it down too 1.2v as i said for 4.6 but can lower it even further thats just what i was getting at the time
