I want to upgrade from the powercolor radeon hd 4650 I have to something with a bit more umph but I am hoping for something in the sub $50 range 
. My current PSU is a raidmax RX-630SS 630 and if it matters i am running a phenom II x3 2.8GHz processor 4GB of Kingston hyperX 1600 ram and a 320GB WD hdd on Windows 7 home premium 32 bit. Oh and the monitor is an Acer with a max of 1600x900.
Also I do not know if my MB is PCIe 1.1 or 2.0 gigabyte doesn't really present the info on the site well
. The board is GA-M68MT-S2P rev. 3.1

Also cooling isn't really an issue as I have 4 120mm fans (2 front 2rear) for really good but noisy air flow. And as of writing this I have no plans to OC. And the system isn't used for too big bad of games mostly just WoW and LoL.
