More about trying build good cost computer image manipulation video editin
  1. What is it you want to do with this pc and what is your budget?

Mobo: it's open box. I never buy open box because you don't know what happened, whats missing and no regular return
Cpu: If you want to OC you need the 2500-k
Ram: Intel wants 1.5v and you have chosen 1.65v
Hdd: Given the high prices a 500gb should do fine and would save money
  2. OK chose 1.5v memory

plus I thought I stated before, but I wanted it for gaming/image manipulation/video editing.

I could choose an unopn MB but I guess I was checking out those features. Thanks

Ram: 1.5v good. Be aware that the tall heat spreaders on top can interfere with the cpu cooler depending on the mobo layout. I recommend low profile to be safe.

If you need hyperthreading then the i7 would be the choice but is a lot ,more expensive and won't do any better or as well for gaming. If gaming is #1 and you want to OC then the i5-2500k is the way to go with a good cooler (CM 212 as an example)
