At what quality can I run Skyrim at?

Here are the current specs of my machine:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
4GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT Graphics Card

Basically, at what quality can I run Skyrim on, so that it runs smoothly?

overclolck your cpu, skyrim scales well if you oc your cpu to 3.6ghz,

yeah, your 9600gt is pretty weak, you can run this game on medium.

do you know this games look identical in low and medium, try low, there will be only minimal gfx difference but the fps will rise.
