The best Live! game IMO is Project Gotham Racing II

Why do I hate Halo 2 ?

I just bought an Xbox for myself for Xmas when Halo 2 came out. Everyone
was going nuts over it, so as soon as I hooked my system up to Xbox Live
after Xmas, I rented Halo 2 (never before played Halo 1), and I absolutely
hated it. I don't like that sort of FPS, but people assured me it was
'different' But nope...played for 20 mins and took it back.

As for Xbox live, I like to play Ghost Recon2, Rallisport Challenge 2, NHL
2k5, Crimson Skies, as well as some more Clancy games.

My commiserations, but don't fret, with the advancements of science today,
I'm sure a cure wont be too far away.

They'll have you playing Halo in no time.

Yep. I have to agree with you there. But I stuck with it through about half
of the original Halo, and made it probably 2/3 through Halo 2 then just lost
complete interest. I prefer same kinds of games you mention. Ghost Recon 2
and Rallisport Challenge 2 are excellent. I even got tired of Crimson Skies,
partially because I am particular about arcade flight games. I'm a die-hard
combat flight simulation geek and those arcadey flight games just hit the
wrong nerves. Not to mention all the punks online.

My personal favorite is Burnout 3. I also enjoy Crimson Skies,
MechAssault 1/2, Links, Top Spin, Amped 2, Project Gotham 2 and Unreal
Championship.
