APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: <90 days aka as soon as my wife approves
BUDGET RANGE: <$200

USAGE: MMOs (SW:TOR & other RPGs Dragon Age, etc.)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Nvidia 9400gt & 500 watt Power supply (Willing to upgrade power supply, it's cost not included in budget)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS:
CPU: Upgrading to AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+
Mobo: (Socket AM2)MSI K9N4 SLI-F nForce 500 SLI Chipset DDR2/800 SATA-II RAID MBoard w/ Dual 16x PCI-Express
Memory: 4gb Ram (2x2gb DDR2 800mhz)
Cooling: Air Cooled 120mm Fan Front, 140mm side, 2x120mm Fan back. Picking up additional 80mm fan for my side, since there is a spot for it.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: No Preference
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: No known preference, not a fan of brand favoritism.

OVERCLOCKING: No SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Not at my home computer atm it's wide screen I want to say 16:9, but that's from memory

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Just looking for a decent FPS (>20 FPS minimum) Looking at the Radeon 5770 based off the SWTOR article.
 
Solution
5770 or 6770 are around 120 and would work great in your current system with out needing a PSU. You could even go to a 6850 for 150-160.
You really cant go wrong with a 6770 or 6850, they have great performance, are cheap have low electrical requirments and don't make much heat.
