Thermaltake V9 led lights

Hello,
Recently I bought a new PC with Thermaltake V9 case.
In all the photos of this case you can see the blue led on the front bottom fan and also on the top big fan.
I don't see one led light on the case except the little red hard disc led and the button that turning on the PC.

Do you know how do I turning on those lights or if are there any leds.

is the fan working ok?,try to find the cables running from the front fan and make sure the are connected to a fan header on the motherboard or a 4 pin molex from the power supply

Thanks, for some reason the fan wasn't connected.. I was sure it was worked but when I opened the case I saw his cable that wasn't connected.
anyway now it is working and lights up.
