Hello,
just purchased a new pc,having problems with internet connection error reads- the setting saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network
router is fine

I suspect that you've changed a setting on the router to enable or change the wireless security. Your computer is complaining that it is finding a network with the same name, but configured differently than it was before. Delete the offending wireless connection and set it up again.
