The gtx 560 will not fit The Dell 530, I need one the will as well as ram chips, I bought one as well as a set of corair vengeance ram chips both are pinned wrong. the gtx 560 are not even on the right side!

Dell Precision WorkStation 530 or Dell Inspiron 530?

Two completely different systems and architectures.

From your description it seems that you have the Dell Precision WorkStation 530 that has:

one AGP Pro slot
four RDRAM RIMM sockets

That's why the GeForce GTX 560 graphics card and the Corsair Vengeance memory modules that you bought don't fit and will never fit in that system.
