sblive 5.1 platinum devldr32.exe prob

(im on win2k pro) The card worked great for about 2 -3 months. now all of a sudden this pain in the ass devldr32.exe likes to pop up the end program dialog when i shut down. but it wont ust close and "loae info" it keeps the computer grinding untill i get mad enuf to hard reboot. also sometimes ill be working and itll just pop up..... then it srews up taskmanager.... Its probably something i dont need with the tons of useless crap the SBLIVE cd installs on your PC.... if only it installed needed files. And cuz i have C++ on it, it likes to automatically go to c++ debug as if im gonna fix it, and recompile the program..... yea right......
