Do you have any plan on changing the whole system?

Because If you have $200, 6870 is the best for you, but The Athlon II X2 which is a low end processor will bottleneck the 6870. If you change it, Then there will be a problem with your PSU, it is very low.

So, what I said is basically try considering a whole system upgrade.
