GTX 560ti OR HD 6950?

This is my system
# i5-2500k
#4GB RAM
#750w PSU
#Gigabyte Z68 UD3 MOBO
#500gb hdd

I need to choose Graphic card and i have narrowed down it to GTX 560ti and HD 6950.

Need your help to choose one.which one is better.

#Monitor resolution will be 1080p[full hd]

They are both great cards , you can't go wrong,depends on what games you wanna play really. Have a look at the graphics cards perfromance charts and see which one stands out more for you.

#Yes, i went through the charts 6950 gives little more frame rates but there is problem of lessfram rates when MSAA enabled in ATI cards so i m confused.

You got that right, its not an easy decision to make , the 560ti's are great and they overclock very well, you can always get a 2gb version of them too if you are concerned about vram.

Radeon HD 6870 imho but out of the cards you want get whatever you can find for cheaper they are a wash.
