I would suggest putting an Antec TrueQuiet 120 in the front, in either of these cases.
Or whatever you want. Something positively reviewed on SPCR is generally a good idea tho.

The fan in this unit is a Globe Fan RL4Z B1402512M - the M denotes that the maximum speed is 1500RPM.
However other Super Flower Golden Green based units (the NZXT Hale90 750W in particular - my recommendation if you want a modular unit) have had their fan at maximum load measured at lower speeds than that.

I would honestly suggest the U2312HM monitor. It has a great viewing angle, adjustable swivel and stand, and has a .6ms input lag.

@ G-unit: I am just gonna get the above monitor without any stands.
