That's within the limits, but I'm slightly worried about what it would be at 100% usage. It really shouldn't be that hot at stock at only 30-50% usage. What are your idle temps?

Just as a test, can you do a quick run with Prime 95 (Small FFTs is good enough) and tell me what the temps are? If they're as high as I think they will be, I think the cooler may not be seated very well.

Also, an aftermarket cooler would definitely help, regardless. For reference, I'm in the low 60's at 100% usage (with Prime 95) at 4.5Ghz with a Cooler Master 212 Evo.

when it idle it usualy be mid 30s. i ran the prime test like u ask too the temp when to 80s.
ill try to seat the cpu fan again. i remember it suppose to make a click sound for each pins but 2 of them doesnt but at the back its through the hole of the motherboard tho. should i be hearing a click?

Yep, you should (be hearing the click). The Intel coolers are notorious for being difficult to get just right.

i readjusted the cpu fan and heard four clicks from each pins.
this is my core temp readings when its idle.

Thanks btw!!
