I have posted my system in my signature and if you need pics just lemme know.

I installed the Corsair H100. Set it up with the two top 200mm fans as exhaust and the fans on the H100 pushing through the radiator. Well, as I sit here and play video games etc. I have noticed that the air coming out of the top of the case is FRIGID !! The ambient temperature in the house is around 70ish degrees F. Should I reverse the fans and make it an intake vs. an exhaust?

One of the reasons I ask is that while O.C.ing I noticed the V-Core 1 & V-Core 2 temps were significantly higher than everything else in the case (a difference of 10-15C) and without the CPU fan being installed I dont believe there is the same amount of air passing over them. I may be wrong so by all means correct me. Thanks in advance !

This is very likely... Keep the top fans as exhaust, but try adding a chipset cooler to keep air moving. You can replicate this effect if you have an extra 80mm fan laying around. Also, add a front intake fan if you haven't already.
