got an hp 5000 atx , a new 900w power supply, quad core 9300 (2.5ghz) just one step higer, dont want go big , just be able to play what i got !

GT240 is more on par with a 9800gt I believe... but yea it would be and adequate choice if you don't want to spend much money.
