Cpu undervolting on load

Hello;

I have i5-760 cpu with p55a-ud3 mobo. I have under volt cpu in bios to 1.05v with all c-states + eist enabled except for load line calibration is disabled. Everything is stable, but on cpuid when using intel burn test or playing games it goes from 1.02v on idle to .98v when on load, so is that normal?!
