Having major issues uninstalling drivers...

I am using this guide and have Windows 7

And have followed it step by step. I am currently on the third post where I need to uninstall the Nvidia driver. I go to START, control panel, and programs and features. I then one at a time uninstall every Nvidia entry until the only one left is the "Graphics Driver" entry. I uninstall that and then have to reboot my system.

This is where things go wrong. When I reboot. Windows starts installing Nvidia drivers on it's own and I can't cancel them. I turned off automatic updates in the Control Panel but it happens anyway. I booted in safe mode and it still happened. I am at my limit and am getting extremely stressed out and irritated....

Can someone please help me?
