the one or the other?

Currently running a Foccon mother board with 2.6ghz processor and 4gig of RAM.

Geforce is very big in comparison with the ATi

But what will the performance be?

You will not be able to play games with the HD 4350; it is a card for multimedia from 2008.

The 9800GTX was a high end performance card back in 2008 and is still a capable card.

4350 is the 'x3xx' series GPU. It is a low end GPU, and 9800GTX is a high end GPU because there is GTX written there and it is x8xx/x8x series which also shows that it is a high end.

But if you want 9800gtx, don't buy it now. Buy something better like GTX 460 or 6850.
