Fans are a couple of watts each, the H60 is a few watts and the DVD is max 25W; most of that is considered part of a standard system. So yes, it is still sufficient. I would still upgrade your PSU to something like the Seasonic M12II-520W.

and if i added a water cooler like : corsair h60 and an lg dvd rw+ ?!

also i'm using a mobo that has 4 fans inside, 2 intakes, 2 outtakes..it's the NZXT Lexa S if you know it..

should it still be sufficient ?

Its not the best 600w PSU. but it will be sufficient.

If you're considering a new PSU:
Antec HCG 620W
SeaSonic S12II 620W
Corsair TX650W V2
OCZ ZS Series 550W
