Is 3d vision 2 worth the money?

Im looking to buy a new monitor 27in+ And I was wondering if the 3d vision 2 is worth the money for a 700$ monitor or should I buy a cheaper 27in no 3d monitor for around 300$ ? Also Is 2560x1440 a REALLY noticeable difference between that and 1080p?

That is all in the eye of the beholder! If you want 3D then you have to pay for it! Higher resolution more real estate but will task the GPU harder.

Im not crazy about 3D really , but in response to asking about resolution , yes there is a difference with 2560X1440, the image quality is superior to 1080i, games will have better detail and images will look better overall.
You will need a strong graphics card tho to step up to that resolution in gaming so be prepared to spend some money on your set up to make it worth the experience. You can always try 3D out later.
