Hello, I'm in need of a new psu due to my current ones fan dying and not supplying enough power to my computer as I'd like.

I'm pretty much hopeless with selecting a psu, but I picked 2 that I think may work but I can't make sense of most of the specs.

My computer specs are:
* AMD Athlon II X4 630 Quad Core Processor AM3 (2.8GHz)
* Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium pre-installed
* Stylish Mini-Tower uATX Chassis with 300W PSU - Piano Black *
ASUS M4A78LT-M LE Mainboard (DDR3), with integrated DVI/VGA Graphics - MATX
* 4GB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM - (2x2GB)
* 500GB Serial ATA Hard Drive with 16MB Buffer
* 22x Dual Layer DVD Writer Super Format +R/-R/RW/RAM *
1gb GIGABYTE NVIDIA geforce gt440 DDR3
* 7.1 High Definition onboard sound 8 Channel Cinema sound

I'm considering to buy either http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/cmpsu-600cxv2uk.html
This psu has the same dimensions as my current psu.

Or, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-053-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=

Will either of these work effectively with my system or do you have any better suggestions?

Thanks for any help, appreciated!

You are certain? My new graphics card says it should work with a min 400w power supply and then my processor will take(not 100% certain) 100w

Thanks for the recommendation, read a review and ordered one in. Now I just have to wait for the diamond jubilee to finish so they can get it to me..
