8 short bios beeps

hy all.i have kinda bios erorr.i have an old pc configentium 4,512 mb ram,ati radeon 9200se 128 mb,and that old.when i turn on pc i just hear 8 short beeps and nothing on screen.i replaced graphic card and still same...please help

look up your motherboard's manual, they should have a section about error codes and/or beep paterns. that should point you in right direction
