  13. and why dont we just grid 20 computers just like that hhhmmm because its expensive!!!! but more so because i dont have enough pci slots on the mobo and am to lazy to look 4 a new mobo and dont know much about watercooling
  14. A highend computer with a cyborg rat 7 is not high end. You need a Cyborg rat 9 (wireless) for that :D

Um, right in your mobo discription- "Tactical video support is available for 4-Way SLI and CrossFireX, which helps drive home the smoothest gaming experience.."

  22. and why dont we just grid 20 computers just like that hhhmmm because its expensive!!!! but more so because i dont have enough pci slots on the mobo and am to lazy to look 4 a new mobo and dont know much about watercooling

why don't you STFU and close this thread.come back with those parts and post a build log! :sol:
  23. cuz i dont feel like it
  24. 11 SSDs???? And outdated ones at that. And there's no way 11 SSDs and 3 HDs can fit in a Cosmos II when it only has 11 internal drive bays.

I don't know who designed this system but it's quite ridiculous - all the extra fans are unnecessary, as is the game board (?), mouse pad, 3-D monitors (not needed), Windows 7 Ultimate...

I could post my $14K dream build and it would run circles around this one.

Case: Cooler Master Cosmos II - $349.99
    PSU: Silverstone Strider ST1500 - $329.99
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme - $449.99
    CPU: 3.3GHz Intel Core i7-3960K - $1,049.99
    Cooler: Phanteks TC-14PE - $99.99
    RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 64GB (8 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) - $539.99
    SSD: 2 x 512GB Plextor PX-M3 - $629.99 each ($1,299.98 total)
    HD: 3 x Seagate Barracuda XT 3TB - $269.99 each ($809.98 total)\
    Optical: Plextor B950A - $147.99
    Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 X 2 - $559.99 each ($1,119.98 total)
    Keyboard: Corsair Vengeance K60 - $109.99
    Mouse: Corsair Vengeance M60 - $69.99
    Speakers: Corsair SP2500 - $225.99
    OS: Windows 7 Pro - $239.99
    Monitor: 3 x NEC PA-301 - $2,331.98 each ($6,993.81 total)

    Total: $13,850.93

That's how you design a dream computer.
  25. Best PC

Nope - it has 11: " 13 (2 from X-dock, Middle cage for 5 HDDs, Bottom cage for 6 HDDs)"

The extra 2 are from an external docking drive cage that can be added or removed.
