Radeon 6950 vs GTX 560 ti (448)/GTX 570?

So I need a GPU cuz integrated craphics are bad. Now which one is better from your experiences? I like the GTX 560 Ti, the 448 cores version and the GTX 570, but I heard the HD 6950's even better than some of them. My GTX 270 has done a pretty good job in my older PC, so I know Nvidia Quality.

So I have a budget of 250$, max. 300$. The card can be from ebay, if there's no other way. It would be also good if the card is almost as as fast as a 7850 or faster, cuz I wanna beat my friend

It looks like it's Out of Stock at the moment. I know Newegg is awesome and I've had great experiences with it, but right now I prefer Amazon, cuz it's no Tax, plus I have Prime, so free 2-Day Shipping.
In your benchmark, the GTX 570 seems to be a tiny bit faster than the 7850, and I saw it for 250$ new with rebates, so I might take another look at that one.
