Greetings! A friend of mine have prepared a list as you can see below. I strongly request your opinions about the parts and if you have better suggestions.

Budget is between 1100$-1200$. I'd like to underline that even notepad will not be used in this computer. It will be only and only for gaming.

a quick personal thought : I dont think I need an insane processor in a computer which is going to be used only for gaming. Of course it is important but not that much , that is why I did not prefer the fx series. Graphics card seemed pretty OK. Absolutely no idea on the motherboard , case and psu.

$1248 before rebates. Additional savings could be: drop to the i5-2400 and save ~$40 (no reduction in performance if you don't OC the i5-2500k)

For a 1100-1200$ you must use an i5-2500k IMO. With this CPU you will probably upgrade your GPU once or twice befour you'll need to upgrade it.
