Are all these parts compatible, well they work together? And well it be easy to install with these parts? Also I'm like $30 over budget should I downgrade my case or is it worth the extra $30 for the Cooler Master? I personally love it, But I'd want the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer because how sick it looks.

Cooler Master haf 912 series (is this a good case for first time builders, the comments are really good on it)

ASUS VH202t-P 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor

One last noob question: When I have to put in my standoffs which would I have to do for this case?

they all will work together. The haf 912 is a great case with plenty of room. The location for your standoffs will be shown in either the mobo manual or the case manual (sorry cant remember). It is not hard though so you should be able to figure it out quite easily.
