Pretty much any video card these days can do 2 monitors. It's only once you get beyond 2 monitors that support gets more limited. Nvidia cards only support up to 2 displays, if you want a third display on nvidia you have to run SLI if you want to extend your desktop or applications across all displays. If you don't want to extend the desktop, you would still need a second video card to drive the third display. On the AMD side most cards, aside from some of the really low end models, will support 3 or more monitors, but any monitors past the first two must have display port output, or be connected to an active display port adapter.

As Xaria and Supernova have said, it will work just fine. Just note that playing wow in windowed mode with desktop apps open on another monitor will reduce your fps quite a bit. Just a friendly heads up so you are not disappointed.
