Question regarding side panel fans

I have a cooler master storm scout. I was wonder what the best way to mount the both 120mm side fans? Like do I have them both exhausting air or intake air or one exhausting and the other intake.

Rule of thumb is intake in front and on side panels. Exhaust in the back and at the top!
