Cheapest Gaming build to run Arma 2 at FULL

I'm looking for a the cheapest Gaming build to run Arma 2 at FULL graphics. if i were to budget, id say $300. but cheaper is better.

What parts do you need? An entire system?

Arma 2 may be old, but it's still very taxing on even modern PCs.

Well it was gonna be a new build, but I now am thinkin i could just use my wd8000adfs hdd and a crappy dvd drive. I just need a motherboard, cpu, and graphics card and psu. i want to save as much money as possible, but i want to be able to play games at full power, even games that are coming out in the near future.
