My computer specs are:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
AMD Athlon II X4 645 Processor ~ 3.1GHz
6GB RAM
XFX Radeon HD 6770 (ZNFC)


What Power Supply would work well with that graphics card and my processor?

Almost any good quality 400W+ PSU will be fine if you don't plan on upgrading your card or processor in the near future.

Very nice choice. A bit more than you need for your current specs listed, but good for upgrading in the future. And it's modular. You can end up with a cleaner, cooler finished build by leaving out the cables you don't use.
